Accessibility Statement

Treasury Services Group Pty Ltd is committed to ensuring that the MyFamilyOfficer website is accessible to all users, including people with disabilities.

Last Updated: 28 March 2026

Our Standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

What We Have Done

  • Implemented keyboard navigation and focus management across all interactive elements.
  • Provided alternative text for meaningful images and marked decorative images appropriately.
  • Used semantic HTML elements (headings, landmarks, lists, tables) throughout the site.
  • Ensured colour is not the sole means of conveying information.
  • Provided a skip navigation link to bypass repeated content.
  • Supported the prefers-reduced-motion media query to respect user animation preferences.
  • Ensured form inputs have associated labels and error messages are announced to assistive technologies.

Known Limitations

While we strive for comprehensive accessibility, some areas of the site may not yet fully meet Level AA requirements. We are actively working to identify and resolve any remaining barriers.
